Applicare mattina e sera sul corpo massaggiando fino a completo assorbimento. Ideale da applicare prima di B-SELFIE Bio-Sculpt High-Definition Body Cream.

Applicare mattina e sera sul corpo massaggiando fino a completo assorbimento.

Stendere il fango con movimenti circolari facendo delle leggere pressioni alla zona inguinale per favorire il drenaggio dei liquidi in eccesso. Indossare i pantaloni monouso in cartene ed attendere 20 minuti. Sciacquare accuratamente alternando getti d’acqua calda ad acqua fredda. In alternativa togliere con l’ausilio di un asciugamano umido. Proseguire il trattamento applicando la B-SELFIE Bio-Sculpt High-Definition Mousse.

DAYS 1 - 5 - 7

Morning: Apply the necessary amount of B-SELFIE Bio Sculpt High-Definition Body Lotion on cleansed skin to your legs, thighs, stomach, and buttocks (and if needed, also to your arms), and massage from the ankles up to the groin. Once you reach the groin, apply gentle pressure to open the lymphatic stations and continue applying to the upper body, this time from top to bottom towards the groin. Once the serum is fully absorbed, repeat the process using B-SELFIE Bio-Sculpt High-Definition Body Cream.

 

Evening: Repeat the same procedure as in the morning.

 

DAYS 2 - 4

Meanwhile, place the B-SELFIE Bio-Sculpt High-Definition Thermal Mud pouch in warm water not exceeding 39 degrees. Apply the mud to the areas you want to treat, avoiding contact with metal objects. Wrap with cling film and wear plastic trousers. Now, relax for 40 minutes, ensuring the treated areas remain at a constant temperature (use a blanket if necessary). After 40 minutes, wash the treated areas using the showerhead. For rinsing, alternate between warm and cold water several times. On cleansed skin, apply B-SELFIE Bio-Sculpt High-Definition Body Cream with the same technique you used before.
