In a pack of B-SELFIE DEEP TENSOR you will find 2 pre-dosed, disposable 5 ml syringes, 1 sterile head with 0.5 mm micro-needles for intra-epidermal delivery and 1 nozzle applicator for topical application.
You will also receive 1 free B-SELFIE INFINITY mask to apply after treatment!
- Cleanse your face with B-SELFIE Angel micellar water and make sure your skin is perfectly clean.
- Disinfect the skin to be treated using an alcohol-based disinfectant.
- Remove the sterile head from its packaging and screw it onto the syringe.
- Remove the cap protecting the micro-needles and depress the plunger of the syringe until you see a small amount of serum escaping from the micro-needles.
- Place the syringe vertically on the skin to be treated, exerting slight pressure, and press the plunger once.
- Lift the syringe and reposition it next to the previously treated spot, repeating the operation. Continue in this way for the entire surface to be treated.
- When you have used up the first syringe, replace the cap on the syringe head, unscrew it and restart the second syringe; remove the cap again and continue the treatment.
- With well cleansed and disinfected hands, spread any remaining serum on the skin, tapping with your fingertips until it is completely absorbed.

After treatment with B-SELFIE DEEP TENSOR, as the skin has micro-lesions caused by the repeated puncture of the micro-needles, it is not recommended to apply any make-up products as the micro-holes would be occluded by these substances and infections could occur. B-SELFIE DEEP TENSOR is registered as a cosmetic product in accordance with REGULATION (EC) No 1223/2009 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 30 November 2009 according to which a 'cosmetic product' is defined as 'any substance or mixture intended to be applied to the external surfaces of the human body (epidermis, hair system and hair, nails, lips, external genital organs)'. The head with micro-needles for intra-epidermal delivery fulfils the requirement not to go beyond the basement membrane as the length of the micro-needles is 0.5 mm, so the delivery remains in the epidermis without reaching the dermis.
The serum contained within the pre-dosed syringes does not contain nickel. However, the composition of the micro-needles, which allow the serum to penetrate the epidermis, does contain a small percentage of nickel. For those with a nickel allergy, we only recommend topical application with the plastic nozzle inside the pack. Furthermore, the micro-needle head being sterilised and hermetically sealed, any contamination with the other components inside the package is excluded.
The micro-needles of the head are made of SUS 304 stainless steel. This material is commonly used in the medical field for the manufacture of surgical and testing instruments, as well as in orthopaedics, orthodontics and dentistry, due to its resistance to corrosion, its favourable bio-mechanical behaviour, and favourable bio-affinity. The components of SUS 304 stainless steel include activated carbon, amorphous silicon powder, colloidal manganese, phosphorus, sulphur, nickel element, nitrogen, chromium and iron. The micro-needles were subjected to several tests to assess their safety, including a cytotoxicity test based on agar diffusion methodology, which found that there was no toxic effect. The amount of potentially toxic ions released is well below the maximum amounts stated in the safety limits, as well as the threshold value normally absorbed in the daily diet; therefore, the micro-needles do not pose a health threat or have an adverse effect on facial tissue.
